My awesome son !

My 12 year old son is just awesome ;) His first report from school shows all A's and one B......, he is doing so well in math that he is tutoring others in his class that are struggling. Im so proud . His football team " The Pawhuska Huskies " won their first and second game 30-0 and 22-0. Go Huskies

Birthday Wishes.........

WoW ! September is a very busy Birthday month around my house. I am very excited to say that I am helping plan my soon to be stepdaughters Special 7Th Birthday. Her and her brother both have September Birthdays. In the past we have had their parties together. Last year they both expressed to us how they want their own Birthday. Tyler will be 12 on September 23 and Zarian will be 7 on the 26. So Tyler has decided he wants an x-box 360 and thats a lot of money so he will probably get that and a birthday cake. Zarian wants a party. The theme is Frogs and Strawberries. I super excited about planning this party and I am planning it right along with her mother. Mom and step mom working together :) I will be posting pictures as the day grows near. Her party will be on September 29.

Preparing for Isaac.........

As you know Hurricane Isaac is on its way. My thoughts and prayers are with all the families that Isaac has already devastated in Haiti. I pray that Isaac weakens and remains a tropical storm. I live in Pierre Part Louisiana, (on the Bayou ) and I will say I am a little worried. I lost my home during Hurricane Gustav 4 years ago, and am not looking for that to happen again, but if thats what the good Lord has in store for us well I will just have to find the reasoning for this. My biggest concern is the safety of all children and elderly people who need help. Please keep all the threatened areas and their families in your prayers. The one good thing about a storm is the pulling together of the community and the family and friends working together. :)

Motivation and Inspiration!!!!!

As you all know I am happily engaged, and very excited about the future. God blessed me with a wonderful fiance who loves me and my children, as I do him and his children.  My fiance plays the guitar with a very popular swamp pop band "The Don Rich Band". and they are scheduled to play music on a cruise ship in February 2013. My love booked our cruise this past Sunday. Woohoo!!!!!
This is truly motivating me to work harder on my exercise and diet. I get to go on a pre wedding honeymoon and then get married 21 days after we return. Life is great . So good health, the cruise and looking absolutely stunning in my wedding dress are all new motivators and inspiration for me.

The most romantic day of my life!

On Dec 19 2011 the prince decided to propose to princess Cassi and she said yes! And now they are planning the best love story ever ! Set for March 23, 2013. He got down on one knee in front of our children and asked her. So sweet ;)

And here is a litttle fairytale id like to share.....
Once upon a time there was this young mother from Oklahoma ( she had 3 boys ) , she was living in Louisiana and had experienced a lot of heartbreaks in her life. She had been through so much that she really wasnt looking to find a relationship. Then one day she caught glimpse of this handsome man, that little did she she know would one day be her fiance.
One night her and her best friend were out on the bayou at a club, and her friend would run into two young gentelmen that she introduced as her family. Well one of them was this hot young man that she had met several months before that caught her eye. So this hot guy named " Craig " stayed around her the rest of the night and even danced with her and had a drink with her. Well her and her friend had been dropped off at this club and was going to be picked up by a designated driver( because drinking and driving we dont do ). Anyway instead of calling our DD the two young men decided to drive us home since it was the young ladies nephews. They drove us home and came came into my friends house and visited a while and ther handsome young man sat by me :) after a while the young men left. The next day I started asking my friend about her nephew and these questions would get asked for about 6 months befor I would get my chance to see the handsome prince again.
The handsome prince had no idea how much the princess really liked him. So one day the princess decided she wanted to go listen a very good band and she asked her BFF if she would go and her friend already had plans. So...... her friend gave me her nephews phone number and the princess got up the nerve to call the handsome prince and ask him to go........ and he said yes!!!!
So the night came and the princess was so nervous about the night ahead  ( October 24, 2010 ), but the prince was not because he did not realize just how big a crush the princess had. They went to hear the band and it also ended up being a Halloween party .Yay !!!

And after that night they decided to go on a couple more dates and they have been together ever since.

My crew = Me and my fiance , my grandson in my lap and the top right is my 18 year old son Joshua, then next is my soon to be step son Tyler he is 11, then there is my 20 year old son Jacob and his girl Amber. Then there is Zarian my soon to be step daughter, she is 6 and then my 12 year old son Bryston. This is my world.
