Picking up when i leave off....

So im trying so hard to be a thrifty and DIY bride, and I think its working but I have this problem with starting a project and not finishing.....Hmmmmmm, how do i fix this issue. I know right where the problem starts. Its called the web. I start looking at all these different ideas on all these different websites and i want to just do them all. Lol. Help !!!
